Marriott Homes & Villas: 3x Points on Caribbean & Latin America Stays — Book by June 26

If the DR, Aruba, Costa Rica, or anywhere else on that list is already on your radar, this promotion stacks well. The standard earning rate on Homes & Villas qualifying charges is 5 base points per dollar. This promotion brings that to 3X base — 15 points per qualifying dollar. Booking window runs May 15 through June 26, 2026. The stay itself has until December 31 to wrap up.

What qualifies:

• Travel window: complete by December 31, 2026
• Minimum stay: 5+ consecutive nights at the same property
• Eligible destinations: Antigua & Barbuda, Argentina, Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Brazil, Cayman Islands, Colombia, Costa Rica, Curaçao, Dominican Republic, Guadeloupe, Jamaica, Martinique, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Martin, Turks & Caicos, US Virgin Islands
• Booking: Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy website only — must be logged in to your Bonvoy account
• Payment: debit or credit card
• Earning rate: 3X base points per qualifying USD (normally 5 base points/dollar; Elite bonus points layer on separately and are not part of the 3X calculation)
• Points posting: within 72 hours after stay completion, provided your membership number is on the booking
• Excluded charges: taxes, booking fees, cleaning fees, security deposits, extra add-on services
• Excluded stays: third-party bookings, Marriott Participating Brand Residences, branded hotels and residences, Marriott Executive Apartments, award stays (full or partial points), Free Night Award redemptions, members earning airline miles instead of Bonvoy points, cancellations and no-shows
