The deal at a glance

The offer

Vacation homes join The Edit

More than 10,000 homes curated by Plum Guide, starting January 1, 2027

The catch

Four nights for home perks

The $150 in-stay credit needs four nights; Points Boost does not apply to homes at launch

Best for

Home stays of 4+ nights

Four nights unlocks the $150 in-stay credit and early check-in or late checkout when available

Starting January 1, 2027, The Edit, Chase Travel's luxury collection, stops being a hotel-only club. More than 10,000 vacation homes, curated by Plum Guide, join the 1,500-plus luxury hotels and resorts already in it.

The credit comes along. Sapphire Reserve and J.P. Morgan Reserve cardholders get up to $500 a year in Edit statement credits, Sapphire Reserve for Business cardholders get up to $1,000 from January 1, 2027, and the cap is $250 per stay. The annual credit needs a prepaid stay of at least two nights.

The home perks are a different story, and the line sits at four nights:

  • Four nights unlocks the home benefits: a $150 in-stay credit (for example massages, a private chef or airport pick-up), plus early check-in and late checkout when available. Some benefits vary by property.
  • A prepaid two or three night home stay earns the statement credit but none of those benefits.
  • Back-to-back bookings at the same home can each trigger a credit, but only the first stay gets the on-property benefits.
  • Points Boost does not apply to vacation homes at launch. There is no breakfast, upgrade or welcome amenity either.

Price and cancellation terms match what Plum Guide shows for the same home, dates and occupancy. Sapphire Reserve cardholders also get access to Reserve Travel Designers for vacation homes, and Freedom, Ink and Sapphire Preferred cardholders can book homes through Chase Travel too.
