Virgin Red Pays Bonus Points on Train Tickets and Booking.com Stays

Two winter earn offers are running through Virgin Red, and both end November 30, 2026. You need to be a Virgin Red member, the rates are per British pound spent, and the best of them lean toward UK and Europe travel.

Train tickets in Great Britain: 9 Virgin Points per £1, up from the usual 3, on journeys on any operator, with no booking fees. Book in the Virgin Trains Ticketing app through the Virgin Red offer and pay with a UK credit or debit card. Points count only on the cash part of a ticket, not on points used to discount it, and Railcard purchases do not qualify. Points usually arrive within 7 days of the travel date, and you can travel on any date, including after the offer ends. Refunds, changes and cancellations may cost £5 per ticket.

Booking.com stays: up to 10 Virgin Points per £1 on UK and Europe properties, 5 per £1 in the rest of the world, and 1 per £1 in the USA, South Africa and the Caribbean. Book from 09:00 on November 2 through 23:59 on November 30, 2026, for a stay on any date. Click the Get points button on the Virgin Red site or app and finish in the same browsing session, because booking directly on Booking.com earns nothing. Points apply to room charges only, not taxes, service charges, food or drink, and arrive within 80 days after the completed stay. No-shows and cancellations earn none. A small number of countries are not eligible.
