It applies only at participating hotels and only when you book the Leverage rate on the Leverage platform. Only base points double, and they post as bonus points. Leverage requires a company that is a legal entity with a tax ID and travelers enrolled in World of Hyatt, rooms are limited, and World of Hyatt points cannot be redeemed on Leverage bookings.
