Wyndham Adds a Bonus Points Perk for Military Members and Veterans

Already have a Wyndham stay on the calendar before the year ends? If you are active or retired military, a veteran, or a military spouse, book it direct by December 7 and you collect 3,000 bonus points for one stay, on top of the military rate of 15% or more off.

It is for active and retired military members, veterans and their spouses who are Wyndham Rewards members in good standing. It covers participating hotels in the U.S. and Canada.

The timing is where people trip up:

• Book direct by December 7, 2026.
• Check in on or after October 20 and check out by December 31. A stay that starts earlier or runs past December 31 does not count.
• One qualified stay earns the 3,000 points, not every stay.

A few catches. You cannot combine this with other offers, discounts, coupons or group bookings. The one exception is applicable registration based bonus point promotions. If you chose to earn airline miles or another partner currency instead of Wyndham points, the bonus may not apply to you. And stays at ECHO Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham do not earn Wyndham Rewards points at all.

It is a bump on a trip you were already taking. If the stay is real, booking direct by December 7 is the easy part.
