How We Use AI
We use AI tools to help research, draft and check our work. Here is what that means for you.
People stay in charge
A person reviews alerts and the newsletter before they go live, and Jill approves what we publish. AI does not publish alerts or send the newsletter, and a person runs every site deploy.
How facts are checked
Before we publish a fee, a date, a percentage or a transfer ratio, we check it against the official page of the airline, bank or hotel, and against at least one other independent, current source. If we cannot confirm a fact, we leave it out. Our How We Verify page has the full detail.
One honest note: some listings, like experiences, update automatically from each program's own pages, without a second source for each one. Always confirm on the official listing before you bid or book.
Your information
We have no AI chatbot on the site. We do not send our subscriber list or reader accounts to AI providers.
