- Deadlines: each hotel has its own book and stay by date, currently December 31, 2026 through March 31, 2027. You need to do both by that date.
- Fine print: Reward Nights only, not Points and Cash or paid stays. Sign in to your IHG One Rewards account and book on an official IHG site. On a Chase IHG card, the discount does not stack with the fourth Reward Night free on stays of four or more consecutive nights, but it does apply to stays of three nights or fewer.
- Worth it if: you have a specific new IHG property and dates in mind. It is a nice discount on a planned redemption, not a reason to burn points on spec.
