Wyndham Rewards Adds Vacation Rentals to the Program

Wyndham Rewards now has a vacation rental collection, and members can earn points on it and redeem them at select properties. Homes & Havens opened for booking on October 29, 2026, with about 800 professionally managed homes and villas across the U.S., Caribbean, Mexico and Europe. Cabins, yurts and tiny homes are planned for the coming months.

Think a beach house for the whole family instead of three hotel rooms down a hallway. The points side of it has three parts.

• Earning. You get 5 points per U.S. dollar on qualified bookings, and qualified nights count toward your next Member Level.
• Redeeming. Awards run 15,000, 30,000 or 45,000 points per bedroom, per night, depending on the nightly rate per bedroom. That covers the base rate only, so taxes, cleaning fees and mandatory charges are extra.
• Booking an award. Contact Wyndham Rewards Member Services at least 60 days in advance. Not every property qualifies for redemption, and select villas start with an online reservation request, followed by outreach from a reservation specialist.
