Brilliant by Langham is retiring points. Eligible transactions completed on or before January 11, 2027 still earn Brilliant Points, Award and Status, and nothing earns from January 12, when the program moves to four tiers based on qualifying spend in each 12 month tier period.
- Onyx: no minimum spend
- Diamond: USD 3,000
- Sapphire: USD 10,000
- Ruby: USD 20,000
Your tier on January 11, 2027 maps over once: Onyx stays Onyx, Topaz becomes Diamond, Diamond becomes Sapphire, Sapphire becomes Ruby and Ruby stays Ruby, secured through January 11, 2028. Benefits across the tiers include member rates and dining and Chuan Spa savings of up to 15%, room upgrade vouchers (1 at Diamond, 2 at Sapphire, 3 at Ruby), early check-in from Diamond, and late check-out at 2 p.m. for Diamond and Sapphire or 4 p.m. for Ruby.
Current members, your Award Points stay redeemable until their expiry date and no later than January 11, 2028, so use them before they lapse. Existing vouchers stay valid under their terms. Langham says further details come on January 12, 2027.
