It skips the big US airlines and instead leans into a deep international roster - 14 airline and 5 hotel partners - where the real award sweet spots live. You earn it on the Strata Premier and Prestige cards, and as with any transferable currency, the points are worth the most once you have a specific seat in mind.

- Citi skips American, Delta, and United as direct partners - its value is in foreign carriers, so plan around partner award space.
- Some transfers are instant; others (and a few hotel partners) can take 1 to 2 days - never transfer speculatively against a held award.
- A few ratios are not 1:1 - check before you move (Accor and some hotel programs convert at a discount).
- Points from multiple Citi cards combine under one login; shared points expire in 90 days.

Citi's No-Fee ThankYou Card Is Losing JetBlue (Don't Panic)
The no-annual-fee Citi ThankYou Mastercard loses JetBlue as a transfer partner on September 20, 2026. But it was only a 0.7 ratio, and annual-fee Strata cards keep JetBlue, so there is no reason to panic-transfer.
Qatar Privilege Club: Double Avios for Lapsed Members, Book by July 15
Qatar's Global Members Offer gives double Avios (a 100% bonus) plus up to 10% off base fares, but it's a win-back aimed at lapsed members, so most active Qatar flyers won't qualify. You're eligible if you reside in a listed country (the US is included) and either had no Avios activity since July 1, 2024 with no active bookings, or joined between August 2024 and March 2026. Book on qatarairways.com or the app with promo code JULYPC by July 15, 2026, for travel through December 15.
Wyndham Rewards Restructures Award Chart, New 5,000 and 45,000-Point Tiers Live September 15
Cheaper at the bottom, pricier at the top: on September 15 Wyndham's free-night floor drops from 7,500 to 5,000 points, while a slice of premium properties jumps from 30,000 to a new 45,000-point tier. If a high-end Wyndham stay is on your list, booking before September 15 locks in today's 30,000-point rate.
Citi ThankYou: 50% Transfer Bonus to Accor (Through July 18)
Citi is running a 50% transfer bonus to Accor's ALL program through July 18. That improves the usual 2:1 ratio - 1,000 ThankYou points become 750 Accor points instead of 500. It is a real boost, but Accor is a fixed-value program, so this only pays off if you already have an Accor stay in mind; for most trips, your ThankYou points go further transferred to airline partners.
Preferred Hotels Launches Preferred Wellbeing — 50+ Properties Globally
Preferred Hotels launched Preferred Wellbeing, a wellness designation now on 50+ of its independent luxury hotels — think forest bathing at Post Ranch Inn, quartzite thermal baths at the Swiss Alps' 7132, or a 100,000-sq-ft longevity spa at Florida's Amrit Ocean. Bookable through I Prefer (free to join). A good excuse for a summer reset.
