ALL - Accor Live Limitless

2 active alertsLast reviewed Jul 2026

ALL - Accor Live Limitless is the loyalty program spanning Accor's hotel brands, from budget-friendly Ibis up to Raffles, Fairmont, and Sofitel at the luxury end. What sets it apart from the big US chains is the math: Reward points carry a fixed value (roughly 2,000 points for 40 EUR off any rate), applied against any room at any property, with no award chart and no blackout dates. That makes Accor easy to value but hard to game - there is no category sweet spot to chase, just steady, predictable savings on cash rates.

Sweet spots

Where your points punch above their weight.

Where this currency genuinely shines.

Show me the picks

Treat points as a flat discount, not a jackpot. Accor points carry a fixed value - roughly 2,000 points for 40 EUR off any rate, with no award chart and no categories. A point is worth the same on a 90 EUR Ibis room as on a 600 EUR Sofitel suite, so there is no peak-night windfall to hunt for. The smart move is simple: redeem whenever you have enough to knock a meaningful chunk off a paid stay, rather than hoarding for an outsized redemption that does not exist here.

Stack the Explorer subscription if you travel in Asia Pacific. ALL Accor+ Explorer (about AU$349 per year) grants instant Gold status plus two Stay Plus Nights and steep dining and drinks discounts across the region. For frequent APAC travelers it pays for itself well before you would earn Gold the hard way.

Cash in Diamond's Dining and Spa Rewards. Diamond status comes with ten rewards worth 10 EUR each (100 EUR total) usable on dining and spa - real value that has nothing to do with room redemptions.

  • Family & Co.: 50% off the second room when traveling with kids. Book 2+ rooms simultaneously with at least 1 child in each, and the second room books at half the Flexible Rate. Works across the full Accor portfolio ‚Äî Ibis budget through Sofitel, Fairmont, Raffles. The discount applies to the Flexible Rate, so the math doesn't always beat a deeply-discounted Saver rate √ó 2 rooms; run both numbers before booking.

ALL - Accor Live Limitless. Base 2:1 (2,000 Citi ThankYou = 1,000 Accor points), premium cards only. LIMITED: 50% transfer bonus through July 18, 2026 - effectively 1,000 Citi = 750 Accor. Accor is a fixed-value currency (1,000 pts = ~20 EUR), so this is a top-off-for-a-planned-stay move, not a speculative transfer. Reverts to base 2:1 after July 18, 2026.
Capital One Miles2:1No transfer fee. 1,000 miles = 500 ALL Reward points.

Lounge access

Club lounges and breakfast: who gets in.

Who gets in, who doesn't, and the carve-outs.

See the rules

Platinum and above: complimentary access to the hotel Lounge for the member and any guests staying in the same room, at properties that have a Lounge.

Diamond and above: access to Fairmont's Gold Lounge for up to 2 adults and 2 children.

Asia Pacific: Platinum and above get complimentary breakfast through the week at hotels with a lounge; Diamond members get complimentary breakfast every day in the region.

Child policies vary widely by property - many lounges welcome children when accompanied by an adult, but some restrict children during cocktail or happy hours, or set a minimum age. Check the individual hotel's lounge rules before relying on lounge access for kids.

Tips & quirks

Resort fees, blackout dates, points expiry, the stuff nobody tells you until you've been burned once.

The fine print, decoded.

Spill the gotchas
  • Two separate point currencies: Status points move you up tiers (Classic → Silver → Gold → Platinum → Diamond) but cannot be redeemed for anything; Reward points are the spendable currency earned on stays, dining, shopping, and partner activity.

  • Platinum status perks (from 60 nights or 14,000 status points): room upgrade to the next category and a welcome amenity (both start at Gold), early check-in and late checkout, guaranteed room availability up to 2 days before arrival, a welcome drink, lounge access, premium customer care, two Suite Night Upgrades at the threshold (more as you keep earning), and complimentary breakfast on weekends worldwide (all week in Asia-Pacific), at hotels with a restaurant. Room-related perks are subject to availability. Verified via all.accor.com.

  • Dining earn requires app show: To earn Reward points at participating Accor restaurants when not staying, you must actively show your membership in the ALL.com app to staff — it's not automatic.

  • Paid subscription tier (ALL Accor+ Explorer): A separate paid annual subscription unlocks 2 free Stay Plus Nights annually, 30% off dining and 15% off drinks across Asia Pacific, up to 50% off accommodation deals, and automatically grants Gold status with 30 bonus Status Nights — effectively a fast-track for people who want Gold perks without the night-stay grind.

  • Qantas earning is Asia Pacific-specific: The elevated Qantas Points earning rate applies only at participating hotels in Asia Pacific, not globally.

  • Over 90 partners: Earn/redeem extends well beyond hotels — car hire, airlines, lifestyle brands, and an online shopping portal (ALL Collections) featuring retailers like Apple, ASOS, Nike, and more.

  • Reward points can be redeemed for experiences: Points are usable for concert/event tickets at venues like Accor Stadium in Sydney, not just free nights.

  • Family & Co. cannot be stacked. The 50%-off-second-room offer cannot be combined with member discounts, status rates, promo codes, or other Accor offers. Doesn't apply to groups. Child age limits and room occupancy rules vary by hotel ‚Äî confirm at the individual property before booking.

  • ALL Accor and IndiGo BluChip reciprocal partnership (India). Loyalty members can earn and redeem points across Accor hotel stays and IndiGo air travel, with point conversion between the two programs. One of the first reciprocal airline-hotel point exchanges in India, so it is India-market focused. Verified via press.accor.com.
