Good to know before you apply

Employee cards are free, but lounge access and The Edit stay benefits, including the hotel credit, are not available to them.
Starting January 1, 2027, the Edit hotel credit goes from $500 to up to $1,000 in statement credits each calendar year. It only covers prepaid "Pay Now" stays of 2 nights or more booked with The Edit by Chase Travel, and the most one purchase can earn back is $250. This is a business card change only: the personal Sapphire Reserve shows no 2027 change.
The current welcome bonus is 200,000 points after $30,000 of spend in 6 months. Chase shows 150,000 points as the standard amount, struck through. Chase says the bonus may not be available if you have ever had this card, and it may consider factors about your business. The $30,000 spend hurdle is steep, and Chase changes the offer periodically, so confirm the live offer when you apply.
Several credits are business-specific (Google Workspace, ZipRecruiter) or time-limited (Lyft and DoorDash value run through 2027), so the effective value depends on whether you use them.
It is a Pay In Full card, so the balance is due each month.
As a Chase business card it does not add to your 5/24 count, but you generally still need to be under 5/24 to be approved.

The Chase Sapphire Reserve for Business is Chase's first premium travel card built for business owners, and it is essentially the business twin of the personal Sapphire Reserve. For a $795 annual fee it stacks a large slate of statement credits (travel, The Edit hotels, Google Workspace, ZipRecruiter and more) on top of premium travel perks like Chase Sapphire Lounge access, Priority Pass, and complimentary IHG Platinum status. It earns transferable Ultimate Rewards points, with 8x on Chase Travel and 4x on flights and hotels booked direct. The catch is the fee and a steep welcome-bonus spend requirement, so it pays off for businesses that genuinely use the travel and business credits.

$500 Credit for Stays with The Edit, Rising to $1,000 in 2027

Up to $500 in automatic statement credits annually for prepaid "Pay Now" stays of 2 nights or more with The Edit by Chase Travel, max $250 per transaction. Starting 1/1/2027, the credit goes up to as much as $1,000 in statement credits each calendar year ("two additional $250 credits"). The portion of a purchase that qualifies for the credit earns no points, not the whole booking. Not available for Employee Cardmembers. Credits usually post within 3 business days but can take up to 4 weeks, and Chase may reverse a credit if the purchase is returned, canceled or modified, or the account is closed within 90 days.
