Azul Fidelidade is the loyalty program of Azul Linhas Aereas Brasileiras, the largest domestic Brazilian network by city count and a non-aligned carrier. The fleet runs roughly 180 aircraft - A320neo, A330neo, ATR-72, E195 - serving 160+ destinations. The program rebranded from TudoAzul to Azul Fidelidade in April 2024, and Azul S.A. is publicly traded and emerged from a US Chapter 11 restructuring in February 2026. Founded in 2008 by David Neeleman (also founder of JetBlue, Breeze Airways, WestJet, and Morris Air), Azul moves roughly 35 million passengers annually. Azul is not in a global alliance, but a bilateral partnership with United (a Star Alliance member) lets Azul flights earn United MileagePlus miles.
For US travelers, Azul Fidelidade is a hard-to-access program. None of Amex MR, Chase UR, Citi, Bilt, Capital One, or Wells Fargo transfer directly, and Marriott Bonvoy does not list Azul as an airline transfer partner. The working access points are partnerships: Accor ALL (double-dip earning on Azul flights), Etihad Guest (redeems miles on Azul flights), and the Azul Pelo Mundo partner network with United, Copa, and TAP. A 2026 tier overhaul added the top Diamante Unique level and the invite-only Azul One group.

Azul operates Azul Lounges at VCP and REC. Diamante and above get Azul Lounge access on same-day Azul flights. Diamante Unique gets unlimited Espaco Azul and Economy Xtra courtesies. Diamante and above also get Accor ALL Silver reciprocity through the Azul-Accor partnership. Azul is non-aligned, so there is no alliance lounge access. There is no published public day-pass program.

- Which credit card points transfer to Azul Fidelidade? None of the major US card currencies transfer directly (Amex, Chase, Citi, Bilt, Capital One, Wells Fargo), and Marriott Bonvoy does not list Azul. Azul's inbound transfer partners are Brazilian banks and coalitions, not US programs.
- Do Azul Fidelidade points expire? Yes. Points are valid for a minimum of 24 months from when you earn them, and validity increases with your elite tier. Promotional points can carry their own shorter terms, so check the specific promo.
- Can you use United miles on Azul, or is Azul in an alliance? Azul is not in a global alliance, but it has a bilateral partnership with United (a Star Alliance member) that lets you earn and redeem United MileagePlus miles on eligible Azul flights, subject to availability.
- Which airline miles can book Azul flights? Confirmed options are United MileagePlus and Etihad Guest, both of which allow award redemption on eligible Azul flights (Etihad even on domestic Brazil routes).
