Pool and spa access at a Marriott no longer has to come with a room. Marriott International and ResortPass signed an agreement on May 27, 2026 that expands ResortPass day access at participating Marriott hotels and unlocks new spa and wellness experiences. ResortPass already works with 2,700+ hotel and spa partners, and Marriott properties are joining that network.
The draw is obvious if you live near a Marriott you would happily spend a Saturday at but do not want to book a full stay.
The catch worth knowing upfront: this is not a portfolio wide rollout. Only participating properties are on the platform, so the Marriott near you may or may not be. You book through ResortPass, not Marriott.com, and no Bonvoy earning or redemption has been announced.
