Silver Elite or better? A Homes & Villas rental can earn 3,000 bonus Marriott Bonvoy points per night, up to 12,000 per qualifying paid stay, and the cap is reached at four nights. It stacks on top of the base 5 points per $1 and any elite bonus.

Register by November 13, book on the Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy website between October 5 and November 13, and stay between October 7, 2026 and March 31, 2027. You need 2 or more consecutive nights at the same property, a credit card payment, and $1,500 in qualifying charges, with Silver status or higher at registration and through the stay.

That $1,500 counts only qualifying charges, and taxes, booking fees, cleaning fees, security deposits and add-on services are among the charges that do not count. Home rentals booked through third party online retailers, Marriott branded hotels, branded residences, Executive Apartments, award stays and members earning airline miles instead of points do not qualify, and a cancellation or no show earns nothing. Points are due to post within 72 hours after your stay if the correct Bonvoy account number was added at booking, and the terms also say the account number and account email must both be entered correctly when you book.

It is a modest bonus: a two night stay that clears the $1,500 minimum earns 6,000. Treat it as a thank you on a trip that already made sense.
