Planning a week at a rental next summer? Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy is paying 3X base points per qualifying dollar on stays of 5 or more consecutive nights at the same property, for nights completed between May 25 and September 11, 2027.
Register by November 20, 2026, and book on the Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy website between October 19 and November 20. Reservations made before October 19 are not eligible, even if you register for them later.
- How you pay: with a debit or credit card.
- What does not count: taxes, booking fees, cleaning fees, security deposits and add-on services, rentals booked through third party retailers, Marriott hotels and branded residences, award stays, and members earning airline miles instead of points.
Points post within 72 hours after your stay, as long as your Bonvoy number is on the booking.
