Marriott Homes & Villas: Up to 10,000 Bonus Points per Stay, Book by October 1

A vacation rental booked through Marriott is worth a lot more points than usual this fall. Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy is paying 2,000 bonus Bonvoy points per night, up to 10,000 per stay, so a five night rental reaches the ceiling and a longer one earns nothing more from this offer.

• Register, then book by October 1, 2026. Registration is required, so sign in on the offer page before you book.
• Stay by December 31, 2026.
• $1,500 minimum spend per stay, on a paid rental of at least two nights booked directly on Homes & Villas. Taxes, cleaning fees and booking fees don't earn points, and award stays don't qualify.

If next year's status is the real goal, a separate Homes & Villas offer pays double elite night credits on rentals booked by September 30, for stays through December 15. That one needs its own registration and a higher $1,750 minimum.

The smartest home for these points may be a Free Night Award. Marriott lets you add up to 25,000 points to a certificate to reach a pricier hotel, which turns a rental bonus into a better room on your next trip instead of a balance that just sits there.

Book the rental because it suits the trip. The bonus is a lovely extra on a stay you were already planning, and a poor reason to spend $1,500 you weren't going to.
