United Is Selling MileagePlus Miles With a Targeted Bonus

United is offering targeted bonuses on MileagePlus mile purchases through 11:59 p.m. CT on October 31, 2026. The bonus varies by account, so you will need to log in to see your offer. Published reports have noted bonuses of up to 95% or higher, though some members are seeing smaller offers. These figures come from published reports, not from United.

United currently lists a base price of $35.00 per 1,000 miles, with a 2,000 mile minimum purchase. Published reports say purchased miles are usually credited immediately, though posting can take up to 72 hours.

Purchase limits apply. Members can buy up to 50,000 miles during a rolling 90-day period, including any bonus miles received, and up to 200,000 miles per calendar year. Bonuses are calculated on each transaction and cannot be combined across multiple purchases. Purchased miles are nonrefundable and do not count toward Premier status.
