Bilt Experiences

Bilt Experiences is the "money can't buy" arm of Bilt Rewards - a rotating slate of member-only events you book with points, cash, or both. Think chef tasting menus at hot restaurants, comedy nights in unique venues, fitness pop-ups, and splashy Rent Day stunts (a recent one had Madonna hosting album-release parties in NY, LA, and Chicago). It is less a fixed catalog and more a steady drip of limited drops, with most of the marquee stuff tied to the 1st of each month (Rent Day).

What you can redeem for

Bilt Experiences clusters into a few real categories:

  • Neighborhood Dining - curated tasting menus from renowned chefs at participating restaurants, with member-exclusive pricing and premium cocktails. Bilt offers up to $600/year (roughly $50/month starting March 2026) in dining-experience credit.
  • Comedy & live entertainment - standard comedy-club nights (drinks included) and pricier "bespoke" shows at unique venues with food and drink. Same up-to-$600/year structure as dining.
  • Music & celebrity events - member-only release parties, performances, and one-off cultural moments (the Madonna Confessions II parties + exclusive vinyl drop are the recent headline).
  • Fitness pop-ups - complimentary classes with names like SoulCycle and Barry's, usually surfacing on Rent Day.
  • Travel & access - the booking side of Bilt is its 1:1 transfer partners and travel portal, but Experiences layers in the occasional "can't buy it anywhere else" perk.

How it works

Most experiences are points-or-cash at a fixed published price - for example a comedy night runs about $30-$40 or 2,000-2,500 Bilt Points, and a bespoke show runs about $75 or 5,000 points. You pick whichever you'd rather spend, and on some bookings you can mix in Bilt Cash (up to $50 toward one dining experience, rest in cash). This is fixed-price access, not an auction or bidding war - you reserve a slot while inventory lasts. The headline drops land on Rent Day (the 1st of each month), so timing matters more than haggling.

Who's eligible & how to access

Open to Bilt Rewards members (you pay rent through Bilt or use the Bilt Card). The catch is the booking window: higher elite tiers get in first. Bilt has four tiers - Blue, Silver, Gold, Platinum - earned by qualifying points or eligible spend (Silver ~50K pts or $10K spend; Gold ~125K pts or $25K; Platinum ~200K pts or $50K). Platinum gets first priority on Rent Day bookings, then Gold, ahead of Silver and Blue. So everyone can play, but for the scarce, sell-out experiences your status decides whether there's anything left when your window opens.

Standout examples

Recent, real examples (inventory rotates monthly, so treat these as a flavor, not a standing menu):

  • Madonna "Confessions II" release parties (June 2026 Rent Day) - member-only events in New York, LA, and Chicago on the July 3 album-drop date, with cocktails, passed appetizers, and a DJ, for $40 or 2,500 points per person, plus a Bilt-exclusive limited-edition vinyl with custom artwork.
  • Neighborhood chef dinners - curated tasting menus at 30 restaurants across five cities on a single Rent Day, at member-exclusive pricing.
  • Comedy nights - club shows ($30-$40 or 2,000-2,500 points) and premium "bespoke" sets at unique venues ($75 or 5,000 points), drinks/bites included.
  • Fitness pop-ups - complimentary SoulCycle and Barry's classes tied to Rent Day.

Good to know

Inventory is regional and limited - the best experiences run in a handful of major cities (NY, LA, Chicago and similar) and sell out, so you may see nothing in your area some months. Find offers in the Bilt app, especially around Rent Day (the 1st). Bilt Cash has strings: only $100 rolls over year to year and the rest expires at calendar year-end, so plan to use it. The dining and comedy credits cap at roughly $50/month and up to $600/year each. Refund and change terms vary by event - read the specific listing before you commit.

Our take

Worth knowing for the points-or-cash flexibility and genuine access - chef tastings, comedy in cool rooms, and the occasional celebrity moment you can't book elsewhere. Just don't expect a deep year-round catalog: this is a limited, Rent-Day-driven drip where your elite tier and your city decide how much you actually get.
