Bilt Experiences clusters into a few real categories:

• Neighborhood Dining - curated tasting menus from renowned chefs at participating restaurants, with member-exclusive pricing and premium cocktails. Bilt offers up to $600/year (roughly $50/month starting March 2026) in dining-experience credit.
• Comedy & live entertainment - standard comedy-club nights (drinks included) and pricier "bespoke" shows at unique venues with food and drink. Same up-to-$600/year structure as dining.
• Music & celebrity events - member-only release parties, performances, and one-off cultural moments (the Madonna Confessions II parties + exclusive vinyl drop are the recent headline).
• Fitness pop-ups - complimentary classes with names like SoulCycle and Barry's, usually surfacing on Rent Day.
• Travel & access - the booking side of Bilt is its 1:1 transfer partners and travel portal, but Experiences layers in the occasional "can't buy it anywhere else" perk.

Most experiences are points-or-cash at a fixed published price - for example a comedy night runs about $30-$40 or 2,000-2,500 Bilt Points, and a bespoke show runs about $75 or 5,000 points. You pick whichever you'd rather spend, and on some bookings you can mix in Bilt Cash (up to $50 toward one dining experience, rest in cash). This is fixed-price access, not an auction or bidding war - you reserve a slot while inventory lasts. The headline drops land on Rent Day (the 1st of each month), so timing matters more than haggling.

Open to Bilt Rewards members (you pay rent through Bilt or use the Bilt Card). The catch is the booking window: higher elite tiers get in first. Bilt has four tiers - Blue, Silver, Gold, Platinum - earned by qualifying points or eligible spend (Silver ~50K pts or $10K spend; Gold ~125K pts or $25K; Platinum ~200K pts or $50K). Platinum gets first priority on Rent Day bookings, then Gold, ahead of Silver and Blue. So everyone can play, but for the scarce, sell-out experiences your status decides whether there's anything left when your window opens.

Inventory is regional and limited - the best experiences run in a handful of major cities (NY, LA, Chicago and similar) and sell out, so you may see nothing in your area some months. Find offers in the Bilt app, especially around Rent Day (the 1st). Bilt Cash has strings: only $100 rolls over year to year and the rest expires at calendar year-end, so plan to use it. The dining and comedy credits cap at roughly $50/month and up to $600/year each. Refund and change terms vary by event - read the specific listing before you commit.

Worth knowing for the points-or-cash flexibility and genuine access - chef tastings, comedy in cool rooms, and the occasional celebrity moment you can't book elsewhere. Just don't expect a deep year-round catalog: this is a limited, Rent-Day-driven drip where your elite tier and your city decide how much you actually get.
