Hyatt New Hotels: 2X Points, Up to 25,000 Per Stay, at Hotels New to World of Hyatt

Hyatt's new hotel offer is now double points, and Hyatt's page no longer lists the old 500 points per night bonus.

At participating hotels and resorts new to World of Hyatt, book the New Hotel Member Bonus Offer rate and you earn 2X World of Hyatt points on eligible rates and eligible incidental charges, up to 25,000 Bonus Points per qualifying stay. Only base points are doubled, and everything the offer awards posts as Bonus Points. Consecutive nights at the same hotel on that rate count as one stay, and up to three rooms, including yours, count toward it.

Hyatt's page currently shows Thompson Rome, Park Hyatt Riviera Maya and Hyatt Regency Halong Bay, and the list changes as new properties join. The full list is at hyatt.com/en-US/promo/new-hotels.

The fine print:

• Each hotel has its own offer period, and your check in date has to fall inside it
• A stay where you choose to earn Bonus Miles does not qualify
• It cannot be combined with other offers, promotions or discounts, and it does not apply to groups, conventions, packages or special rate programs
• Rooms are limited, and Hyatt can change or withdraw the offer at any time without notice

You need to be a World of Hyatt member at booking and at the stay, with your number on the reservation. Allow two to four weeks after checkout for the points to post.

This is a bonus tied to one specific rate at one specific list of hotels, so it is worth chasing only when a listed property was already on your trip. Confirm the room you book shows the New Hotel Member Bonus Offer rate, because that rate is what earns the bonus.
