Avios is the shared currency of British Airways, Iberia, Aer Lingus, Finnair and Qatar, so Avios you transfer can move between your linked accounts in those programs.
Transfers are one way and final. Find the award, confirm the seats are really there, then transfer. With no trip in mind, let this one pass.
