Amex Hosts a Brooklyn Chef Dinner for Platinum and Centurion Cardholders

Eligible Platinum Card and Centurion cardholders can book this one. It is an evening in Brooklyn with chefs Missy Robbins and Michael Solomonov on November 14, 2026, for $375 per person.

It opens with a reception and a cooking demonstration led by both chefs at K'Far. From there you head upstairs to Laser Wolf for a seated dinner. A meet and greet, photo opportunities and a gift on your way out are part of it.

Members with the Platinum Card or the Centurion Card qualify, on personal, business or corporate accounts. Additional Platinum Cards on personal and business Platinum accounts qualify. Additional Platinum and Centurion cards on personal and business Centurion accounts qualify too. Other Amex card products do not qualify to book this experience. You pay with an eligible card, and you may be asked to show it at the door.

To book, call the number on the back of your card, or open the Amex app and choose Concierge. Seats go first come, first served, and the page calls availability limited. Sales opened September 29 for Centurion and September 30 for Platinum. The page lists limited availability but no seat count, so check with Concierge for availability and for the start and finish times.

The catch is the fine print. The $375 covers the event itself, so getting to Brooklyn and a place to stay are on you. All sales are final, non-refundable and non-transferable, and resale is not allowed.

This suits a Platinum or Centurion member in or near New York with the evening free. If your Amex card is a different one, you cannot book this yourself.
