FIND spans experiences around the world, organized into three pillars:

• FEEL - emotionally and mentally restorative experiences: culturally immersive workshops, nature reconnection (open-air jungle safari at Alila Ubud), guided horseback rides with breath work.
• FUEL - culinary experiences: chef-led cooking sessions (a day with a chef at Thompson Madrid), tastings, personalized cocktail experiences at properties like Andaz Dubai The Palm.
• FUNCTION - active and adventure experiences designed to move your body and clear your head.

You can also browse by theme - arts, culture and community, exploration, and restoration. Specific listings rotate by destination and season.

Fixed-price booking with points-or-cash flexibility. Every experience lists a set price, and you choose whether to pay with World of Hyatt points or cash - no bidding or auctions.

The earn angle is real: you collect 10 points per $1 spent on FIND experiences, plus a 20% bonus when you take points as your reward, plus tier-based and World of Hyatt Credit Card bonuses on top. So booking a paid experience also feeds your points balance.

Open to all World of Hyatt members - membership (free) is the only requirement to book. No elite tier or specific credit card is gated behind the platform. That said, elite tiers earn up to 30% additional bonus points, and holding the World of Hyatt Credit Card adds extra bonus points per dollar, so status and the card sweeten the earn side without being required to participate.

Short on points? Chase Ultimate Rewards transfers to World of Hyatt at 1 to 1 from Sapphire Reserve and 4 to 3 from Sapphire Preferred and Ink Business Preferred, and Bilt Rewards transfers at 1 to 1, so cardholders can top up their World of Hyatt balance before bidding or buying. Transfers are final, so only move points you would be happy holding as World of Hyatt regardless of whether you win.
