Hilton Honors Experiences

Redeem points for experiencesFrom 250 pointsGlobal

Hilton Honors Experiences is Hilton's redemption marketplace where members spend points (not just nights) on access-style outings - think sold-out concerts, sporting events, chef dinners, and spa or mixology packages. Some items have a fixed point price you just buy outright; most are bid-style Dutch auctions where the highest bidders win. It is the kind of corner most people forget exists, but it is one of the few ways to turn a point balance into actual access.

What you can redeem for

Hilton partners with artists, teams, restaurants, and local providers to offer experiences across a handful of rotating categories:

  • Concerts and music - intimate acoustic sessions, festival access, and up-close performances with featured artists
  • Sporting events - tickets and VIP access to games, often otherwise hard to get
  • Culinary - chef dinners, tastings, brunches, and dining curations
  • Wellness and activities - spa packages, massages, mixology and cooking classes
  • Travel and cultural outings - road-trip style "America Experiences" and local cultural trips, sometimes for as little as 250 points

Inventory rotates constantly, so the exact lineup changes by season and region.

How it works

Two redemption mechanics, both paid entirely in Hilton Honors points:

  • Fixed-price (Buy Now) - any experience with a Redeem button is offered at a set point amount in limited quantity, first come first served.
  • Auction (Bid) - most marquee items run as a Dutch auction. Hilton sets an opening bid and a number of items; you bid at or above that minimum. At close, the highest bidders all win and pay the same price - the lowest successful bid. Ties break by quantity bid, then time placed.

You must hold enough points in your account to cover a bid at the time you place it (you can buy points to top off). Winning bids are debited automatically at auction close. Members can redeem up to five experiences per calendar year.

Who's eligible & how to access

Open to all Hilton Honors members - no elite tier or specific co-brand card required. You just need a point balance large enough to cover the fixed price or your bid. Access the platform directly at experiences.hiltonhonors.com and sign in with your Honors account.

Standout examples

Inventory rotates, so the live lineup shifts week to week, but recent and recurring examples give the flavor: low-cost "America Experiences" road-trip outings redeemable for as little as 250 points, intimate acoustic concert sessions with featured artists, hard-to-get tickets to major sporting events, chef-led dinners and tastings, and spa, massage, and mixology-class packages. Marquee artist and sports items typically run as auctions and can cost tens or hundreds of thousands of points, while activities and culinary outings often sit at the lower fixed-price end.

Good to know

All Experiences redemptions are final - they cannot be exchanged, modified, cancelled, or refunded, so an auction bid is binding the moment you win. You are capped at five experiences per calendar year. Availability is regional and the lineup rotates, so browse the live platform rather than assuming a past deal is still up. For auctions, make sure your point balance covers your bid before you place it, since points are debited automatically at close.

Our take

Worth knowing because it is one of the only loyalty platforms that turns points into genuine access - concerts, games, and chef tables you could not otherwise buy - with no status or card gating. Value swings widely by item and auction price, so treat it as an access play rather than a guaranteed deal.
