Chase Points to Aeroplan: 20% Transfer Bonus Through Sept 30

Chase just switched on a limited-time transfer bonus to Air Canada Aeroplan, and it is a genuinely good one, as long as you already know what you want to book.

• The deal: Move Chase Ultimate Rewards points to Aeroplan and get a 20% bonus, so 1,000 points becomes 1,200 Aeroplan points. Live now through 11:59 PM ET on September 30, 2026.
• Cardholders can reach 30%: If you carry a Chase Aeroplan card, an extra 10% stacks on top of the 20%. That piece needs a single transfer of 50,000 points or more and caps out at 25,000 bonus Aeroplan points per calendar year.
• Why Aeroplan is worth it: It is Air Canada's program, but it sits inside Star Alliance, so those points book United, Lufthansa, ANA, and dozens of partners, often with free stopovers and no fuel surcharges on many airlines.
• One rule before you transfer: Moves to Aeroplan are one-way and cannot be reversed, so only transfer once you have found the exact award seat you want. Never send points over on speculation.
