Southwest Promo: Earn a Companion Pass With One Trip (Register by Aug 6)

Southwest is running a promotional Companion Pass offer: register and book one qualifying trip by this Thursday, fly it anytime through November 18, and you earn a Companion Pass to bring a friend free early next year.

• How: Register, then book one round trip (or two one-ways) by August 6. Fly the trip by November 18, 2026.
• The reward: A Companion Pass valid January 5 to March 3, 2027. One person flies free with you (they cover taxes and fees, from $5.60 each way).
• The catch: Register before you book, or it will not count. You can change your companion up to three times.
• Who qualifies: Any fare, Basic through Choice Extra, and even points or Cash plus Points bookings.
