JetBlue Takes Up to 30% Off Tiles, the Shortcut to Mosaic Status

JetBlue is running up to 30% off when you buy at least 10 tiles, the units that build Mosaic elite status. But tiles are not a currency. You cannot spend them on flights, seats, or Cash plus Points. They only move you toward perks and Mosaic tiers.

Four thresholds, each including everything below it:

• 50 tiles, Mosaic 1: a free checked bag.
• 100 tiles, Mosaic 2: free EvenMore seat selection at booking.
• 150 tiles, Mosaic 3: four Move to Mint upgrade certificates.
• 250 tiles, Mosaic 4: BlueHouse lounge access.

Some of these perks depend on availability. A tile runs about $74 before the 7.5% tax recovery fee, gets cheaper the more you buy, and is nonrefundable. You normally earn a tile per $100 flown on JetBlue, or $1,000 on a JetBlue card. This offer lets you buy what you're short.

The trap: your tile balance resets to zero on January 1. So only buy what carries you across a threshold you'll actually reach this year. Status you earn in 2026 holds through January 31, 2028.

Say you have 140 tiles and you know you'll use Mosaic 3. Ten tiles gets you to 150 and unlocks it. That's the buy that makes sense.

The only question worth asking: would you pay the shown price for exactly what it unlocks? If you'll hit the tier by flying or card spend anyway, skip it. And if buying still leaves you short of a threshold before the reset, keep your money.
