IHG One Rewards Pick Your Points: 2,000–8,000 Bonus Points — Register by May 19

Planning IHG stays this summer anyway? This promo rewards you for having a plan. Pick Your Points lets you choose the bonus structure that fits your travel pattern, then stack those points on top of base earning through the end of August.

What qualifies:

• Stay window: May 20–August 31, 2026
• Choice One: 2,000 bonus points per 2 qualifying nights
• Choice Two: 8,000 bonus points per 4 qualifying nights
• Registration: Required — choose your option during pre-registration
• Excluded: Bookings through online travel agencies; award and reward stays
• Eligibility: IHG One Rewards members with valid accounts in participating regions

Choice Two works out to 2,000 points per night; Choice One is 1,000 per night. Pick the tier that matches how you actually travel, not the one that sounds bigger. Book direct — OTA bookings don't count, and neither do award stays. If you've already got IHG nights on the calendar this summer, register before May 19 and let the stays do the rest.
