Marriott Partners with ResortPass for Day-Pass Access at Select Properties
You no longer need a hotel stay to use the pool or spa. Marriott signed an agreement with ResortPass to bring day-pass access to select properties across the U.S., Mexico, and the Caribbean — pools, spas, and optional wellness add-ons included. Book through ResortPass; participating properties vary, so check your target hotel before making plans.
Day passes at hotel pools and spas have been ResortPass's whole thing for years — the platform already works with 2,700+ hotel and spa partners. Now Marriott properties are joining that network, so you can spend a Saturday at a JW Marriott pool or book a facial at a Westin spa without checking in as a guest. The draw is obvious if you live near a good Marriott resort but don't want to book a full stay.
The catch worth knowing upfront: this isn't a portfolio-wide rollout. Participation is opt-in at the property level, so the Marriott near you may or may not be on the platform. ResortPass is the booking channel — not Marriott.com — and wellness treatments are optional add-ons, not bundled into the base day-pass price. On the Bonvoy side: no points earn on ResortPass purchases, no redemption path, no status benefit tied to day-pass bookings. This is a cash product through a third-party platform.
