American Airlines Now Books Oman Air Awards
Oman Air joined Oneworld on June 30th last year, and it took American Airlines 13 months to reach an agreement with the new member and make its awards available for booking with AAdvantage miles.
American just opened a genuinely good sweet spot: AAdvantage miles now book Oman Air, a oneworld member with one of the more comfortable business cabins to the Middle East, India, and Asia.
Business to India: from around 30,000 miles one way. Business, Muscat to Southeast Asia: from around 40,000 miles one way. Business, Europe to Muscat: from around 42,500 miles one way.

- How to get AA miles: AAdvantage takes transfers from Bilt and Marriott Bonvoy, plus the Citi and Barclays AAdvantage cards.
- Worth it if: you want a premium cabin to the Mideast, India, or Asia and can find the space. Strong value for the miles.
