Wyndham Rewards Restructures Award Chart, New 5,000 and 45,000-Point Tiers Live September 15
Cheaper at the bottom, pricier at the top: on September 15 Wyndham's free-night floor drops from 7,500 to 5,000 points, while a slice of premium properties jumps from 30,000 to a new 45,000-point tier. If a high-end Wyndham stay is on your list, booking before September 15 locks in today's 30,000-point rate.
Wyndham's award chart gets cheaper at the bottom and pricier at the top on September 15. Budget free nights drop to 5,000 points a night, down from 7,500, which is a real win if you're stretching a thin balance for a road-trip stop. The middle of the chart holds at 15,000 and 30,000.
The catch is at the top. A slice of premium, all-inclusive, and lifestyle properties that currently cost 30,000 points a night will move to a new 45,000-point tier, a 50% jump. Bookings made before September 15 are honored at the current rate, so the window to lock in a 30,000-point premium night is open right now. And if any property lands in a cheaper tier under the new chart, Wyndham refunds the points difference automatically, so there's no need to rebook.
