Delta Concierge Digital Assistant Now Available to All SkyMiles Members

Delta Concierge, the AI assistant built into the Fly Delta app, is now available to all SkyMiles members, less than a year after it launched in beta. It uses your account details and upcoming trips to answer questions, track bags, and pull up your SkyMiles info in one place. The newest trick: you can cancel an eligible flight right in the chat and get a refund or eCredit issued in real time. It is a free SkyMiles member benefit, so there is nothing to sign up for.
