The rules are refreshingly light: book a two-plus-night stay by August 20, travel any time through November 30, and the discount drops on automatically at checkout. No code, no registration, no minimum spend. Points redemptions count too, though Free Night Awards sit this one out.

A little fine print: it's select homes, not every listing, there's a blackout over Thanksgiving week (November 25 to 29), and the 10% comes off the nightly rate, not taxes and fees.
